Shipping & Tracking

STANDARD SHIPPING uses FedEx and UPS as the carrier to ship our products when the Standard Shipping option is selected at checkout.

Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to leave our warehouse. This also includes units marked refurbished or remanufactured. All orders are usually processed for shipment within one to two business days and received at your home within seven to ten days. 

Shipment and delivery days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays. We do not make Saturday deliveries. 

Machines and solutions usually arrive in 3-5 business days, parts and accessories usually will be delivered in 7-10 business days.

Standard shipping is not available for orders shipped outside the 48 Contiguous States. 

Flat rate $6.99 for Standard Shipping.



If the weight and/or quantity of products on your order has qualified this shipment for Truck Delivery (i.e. 150 lbs. or more), you will be charged a fee of $50 in addition to the corresponding shipping charge (please see shipping rates below). Actual shipping charges will be displayed on the order review page. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. Someone must be present at the time of delivery and a signature will be required. Please note that the drivers are contracted to deliver to the end of the truck only. You will be responsible for unloading the truck. Drivers do not provide inside delivery (over the threshold) as part of their service, so please be prepared to unload your order from the truck when it arrives. If you need assistance, please arrange for it in advance.


All dollar amounts shown on Smarterik are in U.S. dollars. Payment is accepted using Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Affirm. Debit cards, as well as credit cards, are accepted.


Smarterik does not ship to Canada from our website. no longer ships to Canada, Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands, Guam, a PO Box, an APO, or other military address. These addresses can still be used for a billing address, but you will need to ship to a different address.
