About Return

The returned goods purchased at Smarterik are generally unused and can be returned and exchanged within 14 days after the goods arrive. You will bear the return shipping costs. If you need to return the product due to customer convenience, such as when the product pictures are different, when ordering other products, or when ordering the wrong quantity of products, please accept the return within 14 days after the product arrives. In this case, please pay the return shipping fee.

 We do not accept returns in the following cases:

1. The existing packaging is opened or damaged.

2. Repacking the product deliberately damages it

3. The product label is removed

4. The parts vinyl packaging has been opened

5. Others, the product itself has a used mark

6. The product (including all accessories and warranty) is missing

Due to initial failures such as normal operation or shortage of parts within 30 days after delivery, we accept returns or exchanges. 

You can contact us by phone or email, and we will bear the return shipping costs. 

If the product is defective, within 30 days after the product arrives, the product price (tax included) and shipping fee will be refunded in full or exchanged for the same product. After 30 days, the parts will be replaced or partially refunded.

If the goods have not arrived for a long time due to logistics reasons, you can contact us to reissue or refund.

If the product is returned without prior notice, we will not accept returns or exchanges.

We will bear the shipping cost of return and resend. In addition, if the product cannot be replaced due to the completion of production or the limited number of products, we may proceed a refund even if you request an exchange.

About Exchange & Refund

We have multiple overseas warehouse addresses in the United States. 

You can contact us in advance to obtain the nearest overseas warehouse address.

 In order to speed up the progress of your return refund.

 And send it back to the address where the support staff will direct you. 

The customer is responsible for express delivery and packaging materials. (Unspecified)

After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we will process the refund. However, if the refund is made by cash on delivery for the convenience of the customer, the refund amount will be deducted.
